Technical Solutions Consultant
Velyon's growth is driven by the quality of relationships we build with clients. As our Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be the bridge between client ambitions and engineering execution. You will lead discovery calls, map client workflows, scope automation projects, and ensure that what we promise is always what we deliver — on time and above expectation.
Role Details
What You Will Own
This role is designed for someone who wants practical ownership, direct client impact, and the room to build systems that continue running long after launch.
Lead client discovery sessions to identify workflow inefficiencies and automation opportunities
Translate business requirements into clear technical briefs for the engineering team
Prepare detailed project proposals, scoping documents, and automation roadmaps for clients
Own client relationships from initial contact through project delivery and ongoing support
Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure deliverables meet client expectations
Support pre-sales activities: demos, presentations, and ROI analysis for prospective clients
Track project progress, manage timelines, and escalate risks proactively
Required Experience
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in a technical consulting, solutions engineering, or project management role
- Strong understanding of software systems, APIs, and automation concepts (you don't need to code, but you must understand how it works)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Greek is a strong plus)
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously with attention to detail
- Commercially minded — you understand what clients value and how to frame technical work in business terms
Nice to Have

- Familiarity with tools like n8n, Zapier, or CRM systems
- Experience writing technical proposals or RFP responses
